Occasionally we get questions about purchasing eProducts from Scribblepad.co.uk, so we have compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked questions, to make buying our eProducts even easier.

How do I pay?

You pay via PayPal using either your PayPal account or a credit card. PayPal is good for low value transactions.

How and when will my products be delivered?

As soon as your payment is processed by PayPal they send us a notification. Upon receipt of the notification we deliver the product immediately via email.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

All our products are dispatched automatically, so once confirmation of payment is received your product should be with you in a matter of minutes.

What format do the products come in?

Most of our products are shipped as pdf's. This means that they can be opened on pretty much any machine and they are not subject to any machine based licensing. You can also print them out as required.

If there are any templates included then these may be shipped as MS Word documents for you to edit.

What level of security do you offer?

Firstly we would like to confirm that the Scribblepad system holds no confidential information about you other than the information that you first enter. All credit card information is held only by PayPal and not ourselves.

Will my details be passed on to other companies?

No. All details you provide us with are confidential, and will not be passed on to any other companies.

We do use human text verification to prevent you getting spam email from our system. To date there has been no spam email sent through our system.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

In the first instance you can email Jane Marshall who will respond asap. If you want to write or call then the details are:
